Her story,

After having her fair share of success during her corporate working days, Mita chose Bhopal her hometown and its well-being over everything else.

Today as the brand ambassador of Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) she feels every pulse of the city and can be seen everywhere where help is needed!

During the Corona crisis, Mita & her team made sure that no one sleeps hungry during the lockdown and no passerby migrant laborer crosses Bhopal without food and fellow feeling.

They distributed thousands of Food packets, ration kits, water bottles, towels, masks, etc. to them.

She has been vouching for a cleaner Bhopal under the slogan ‘Swachh Bhopal Swachchh Bharat’ They run mass awareness drives against single-use plastic and put up stalls of alternative materials that can replace plastics, under the banner ‘Swachchhta Sansadhan’ in all events under Nagar Nigam and also in schools and colleges.

She says “To work towards better result it is always good if we join hands and make it large. So instead of working under my own banner, I moved ahead to join the banners and connect with other similar-minded organizations.”
