So here we are, asking you to open up your hearts and kindly donate your old laptops/ mobile phones to The Chetna. We’ll not only share all the details of the donation with you but will also connect you to our network of volunteers who are engaged 24×7 in spreading goodness.

What is The Chetna?

What is the eligibility criteria for gadgets?
The Chetna can currently accept laptops with the following processors: Intel i3 Intel m3 Intel i5 Intel i7 AMD Ryzen . We can also only accept laptops which switch on and have a built-in camera. Laptops which are more than 8 years old are unfortunately not suitable.
What benefits will we receive by donating?
Other than the satisfaction of helping the underprivileged, the donor can avail of tax benefits under 80G. They will also receive a certificate of appreciation from The Chetna. Further, you can join our family of 5000 pan-India volunteers by clicking here.
How will we send our laptop(s)?
You can deliver or post your device to The Chetna or let us know your pickup location where our volunteer can reachout and collect it. You need to fill a form for that from here.
